Mindkind is a simple philosophy which can assit people to overcome psychological pain.
MindKind was conceptualised by Bernard Dreyer, a counselling psychologist practising for 10 years in Sydney Australia. He is married with six children, and has experienced the challenges that life inevitabley presents.
Bernard has worked in various mental health settings including Odyessy House, Lifeline and Centrecare. He has developed and conducted an anxiety group for the last 2 years for the Hawkesbury Division of General Practice
Mindkind's basic premise is " what you have and continue to put into your mind will affect your psychological wellbeing."
Often, overcoming ones pain can be made complicated by clinical diagnosis and hard to grasp psychological theory. Being Mindkind simply means doing and thinking what makes sense.
